Do I need a subscription to use SuperBox?
The SuperBox device itself is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees payable to us. To watch content, you use the streaming services you already subscribe to — such as Netflix, Prime Video, Sling TV or ESPN — by installing their apps from the Google Play Store and signing in. Those subscriptions are billed by those providers and are not included with the device.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for standard streaming. For the best 4K experience, 50 Mbps or higher is recommended.
How do I set up my SuperBox?
Setup is simple — plug in your SuperBox, connect it to your TV via HDMI, connect to Wi-Fi, and start streaming. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.
What channels are available?
SuperBox is a media player, not a TV service. The channels you can watch come from the streaming apps and services you subscribe to and install. See /channel-list for how it works.
Does SuperBox come with a warranty?
Yes. All SuperBox devices include a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Can I use streaming apps like Netflix?
Yes. SuperBox supports popular streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Install them directly from the app store on your device.
